A skilled facilitator will enable participants to assume responsibility and take the lead to bring about change. Whilst participants are engaged with the content of the event the facilitator will guide the process towards the group’s own identified destination.

The facilitator will give structure, and process the interactions, so that the group is able to function effectively and make high quality decisions.
