New Possibilities use a partnership approach to training. Two consultants deliver tools and skills based events for up to 20 participants. The training delivered offers experiential learning that will:
A graphic record is kept of key learning points, facilitated feedback sessions and debates. Different learning styles are accommodated. A graphic record takes account of visual learning (see Graphic Facilitation) and the use of colour, words and images stimulates creative thinking and engages even the quietest participant. Employing two consultants allows for individual input where necessary and a participative interactive style supports those people who learn best by doing.
A daily 'temperature guage' is taken at the end of each training day allowing consultants to identify where input needs adjusting to accommodate learning. Each event is evaluated and all feedback is given to the customer.
